A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“We were here during the spring break. The hotel was overcrowded. There are two hotels in one building. The lobby is very small for the number of guests and always many dogs walking around. The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast items are good. However, it's hard to find a table during breakfast, there are lines, and items are out as soon as staff refills them. The rooms are super small. No wardrobe. There's iron and ironing board but not much room to open it in the room. Overall service was great, but small room, over crowded lobby, and too many dogs are the reason for not giving the last star. Not sure if I would come back again.”
“The room was clean and the bed was soft which I prefer. It was a lot smaller than we anticipated, which is why I gave it four stars overall. It’s very family friendly with a lot of amenities. If you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in the room it’s a great choice. We were there for four days so it was hard to accommodate our luggage but for a shorter stay we would definitely book there again. The breakfast was delicious and staff were very attentive with excellent customer service . The pool was lovely and the public areas were relaxing to sit in. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you have kids with you.”
“Awesome trendy modern hotel with complimentary breakfast, really awesome common areas with games and fire pits, and pet friendly! My only complaint is some of the other guests were loud at late hours of the night, but that is no ding against the hotel, and the front desk staff were quick to respond to any concerns there may have been. Awesome hotel and not far from downtown! Adriana, Amanda, Nathaniel, and Kaylee were all awesome hosts!”
“You won’t find better service anywhere like what we experienced at the bar in Tru by Hilton, Flagstaff, AZ. Eve, the best server ever, was so attentive despite us not actually sitting at the bar. She was at our table the minute she noticed my wine glass empty, our plates finished and Eve suggested maybe I’d like another glass for the room. Bingo! No server has been so attentive and intuitive. Hotel is clean and all staff are great. Check in quick and easy. One mile from I40 so easy access for tomorrow’s commute.”
“Sidra, Calvin and Lance went above and beyond for me two nights in a row. Especially the second night. I was supposed to fly out on the 29th but weather delayed my departure until the 30th. One more wonderful day in beautiful Flagstaff. Checked back into Tru Flagstaff with the help of the front desk staff. Later in the day I went to the Bistro and the crew remembered me! I was very appreciative of that after the day I had. To get over my travel woes I enjoyed some adult beverages and desert! It was very busy but Sidra and Calvin handled the crowd expertly and I never felt that I had to wait for a refill or felt unattended to. I’m very happy with my stay here and I will for sure be back.”
